Friday Finds Me In Love With A Dumpster

dumpster love, blue patina, rusty and crusty things
It was love at first sight.

A blue rusty, crusty dumpster.

Oh, wow!

It has patina plus.

There are letters.

And rusty spots.

And numbers.

Oh, did I mention the blue?

 And more to love.

The only blemish is a black spot.

On the "K".

Maybe it's Special K?

Rust on the numbers.

My heart swoons.

Look at all the shades of blue.

A few more rusty bits.

I especially loved this connector bar.

So am I crazy for falling for a dumpster who is here today and gone tomorrow?

No, I often take photos for backgrounds.

These images may show up on a future project.

It's just a passing fling.

See y'all!

  1. LOL- One really can see interest and artistry in anything! Love it. Of course, when I had one parked in front of my front door for weeks on end it lost a bit of its beauty. lol xo Diana

  7. Are you pulling our legs or really infatuated with a dumpster? Hey different strokes, who am I to say? lol. Would make great storage container out in back forty if you have a back forty. But it will need a lid.
Hey I could use some kind of big container like this for some of my stuff, is overwhelming me. Tried to purge but just not ready to let some things (all of it) go. Paid good money for that stuff. We need a back forty with at least 2 dumpsters to hide (store) it all. Have good weekend.
