They were in great condition with the exception of water damage on the tops.
Love those barley twist legs.
Solid oak.
Then painted with Americana Decor Chalky Paint in Carbon.
Followed by a dark waxing - Howard Citrus Shield.
Of course there is a layer of yellow pollen.
Loaded up and ready to go to the booth.
Waxed paper to protect from scratching.
Yes, I know it looks nicer with paper doilies, but I forgot them.
They have found a forever home.

Paper doilies! You're killing me! Ever since you showed us the tables, I have tried to figure out how "they" make the turned legs. I haven't figured it out, but I do love them!
ReplyDeleteBartender, I'll have a barley twist with a shot of black. Neat, if you please, except with a yellow pollen garnish. (I'm so clueless that I thought that "yellow pollen" was another kid of wax or finish you added on at the end.) There's nothing like a good, quick flip, is there? Especially one with legs like that! (Too risque?)
